From food drives to house parties, poetry slams to music jams, committed individuals and groups are coming together to benefit the Food Bank and help feed hungry neighbors in our community. Find out how you can host an event.

  • The Making of a Charitable Food Movement

    As part of “The Making Of…” exhibit during the “Countdown Celebration” at SFMOMA, Mission Street Food is organizing a food and gift certificate sale to benefit the San Francisco and Marin Food Banks.
     
    $5 food items, from which $1 will go to the Food Bank
    $50 Gift Certificates, from which $5 will go to the Food Bank (also available on our website durig the event)

    The Legendary California Beer Festival (CBF) is coming back to Marin County on Saturday, June 29 at beautiful Stafford Lake Park in Novato! With over 70 craft brews on tap, live entertainment, and NEW this year, a BBQ Cook-off!

    September 23-27

    See giant sculptures created entirely of canned food to be donated to the Food Bank. This year’s theme is From CANdyland to Wow and each sculpture is designed by local architects and engineers who are volunteering their time to create public art and support the Food Bank.
