Basmati Bags: Stockings for StewardshipJune 1-30During the month of June, Basmati Bags will be collecting torn stockings; they use them in their upcycled bags as part of their sustainability initiative. Each pair of stockings donated between 6/1 and 6/30 will be counted as a vote for either the San Francisco and Marin Food Banks or SCRAP SF. At the end of the month, they will tally the stockings, and whichever of the two non-profits has received the most votes receives a $300.00 donation from Basmati Bags.
